The "Ready-Made Shapes" series is titled after Marcel Duchamp's idea.
In this series I litterally use ready made shapes by gathering packaging
cadboard from Ikea (for instance), open it to make it flat and copy its shape on the canvas.
The whole compostion depends on the shape I found, ready to use, in the packaging cardboard.
I can use it as many times as I feel like it, during the process.
My goal here is to take something anyone could have thrown to the bin,
after buying some furniture, and making art from it.
